In 2011 Lasiro MD, Simon Rogan, joined the ITC Board to assist with ITC’s strategy & market proposition. In 2012, with the business valued at circa £3M, we invested £150,000 in the business in return for a small shareholding and a seat on The Board. By 2016 revenues had doubled and profits quadrupled, but most importantly ITC had evolved into one of the most capable providers of IT Security to UK Enterprise. In November 2017 ITC was successfully sold to C5 Capital for £24M.
